Q: What is the cost to attend Operation Safeguard?
Operation Safeguard is free to students selected to attend.

Q: How old do I have to be to attend Operation Safeguard?
Current (2011-2012) 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th graders can apply to become operatives. However, we will consider 7th on a case by case basis.

Q: How long has Operation Safeguard been going on?
Operation Safeguard was founded in 2009.

Q: How will I know if I have been accepted?
You will receive a letter of acceptance by June 1, 2012.

Q: What if I'm too young to participate in Operation Safeguard?
Younger applicants are considered on a case-by-case basis, it is possible to be admitted as a rising 8th grader.

Q: What can I do if I wasn't accepted this year?
You can apply to Operation Safeguard again next year. Also, Operation Safeguard relies on volunteer support to continue. Feel free to use our contact form to volunteer to help in another way.
